Around 50 people participated in the first-ever Ely Tigers 5km Roar Race.
With Rugby matches cancelled over the weekend due to frozen conditions, the 5k race saw players, coaches, team managers, first aiders, and families from Ely Tigers RFC community taking part in the event.
The route went along the A10 path from the Hive towards the BP petrol station and back.
"Members from across the age grades, from minis to seniors got involved and despite the weather, all seemed to enjoy their workout," said a spokesperson for the club.
"Well done to all involved, in particular to Christian Griffin who organised the event at very short notice."
The Tigers are set to play in Cambridge against Cantabs this weekend, with the Minis and Youth teams playing on Sunday morning.
