The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
ANDREW BOWES, 59, of The Valley, Winchester, admitted two counts of failing to attend an assessment after a Class A drug was found in his body in Winchester on October 18, and in Basingstoke on September 28.
He also admitted two counts of theft after stealing wine worth £10 from Tesco in Winchester on December 4 and on December 20. He was sent to prison for one week as he has a “blatant disregard for court orders”. He was also ordered to pay £10 in compensation.
PAUL SNOOK, 61, of Cotswold Court, Fleet, pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of wine worth £7 from Sainsbury’s in Fleet on October 8. He was fined £40 for the offence.

MATTHEW LEACH, 25, of Ellwood Avenue, Thornhill, pleaded guilty to stealing a Bluetooth connector and phone charger from a motor vehicle between March 31 and April 4 in Southampton. He was remanded on conditional bail until December 24 to appear before the same court again.
RUPERT BURRINGTON, 79, of Hunters Crescent, Romsey, admitted drink driving in Hunters Crescent on November 16, where he was caught with 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He was banned from driving on the roads for 20 months. He must pay a fine of £180, £85 prosecution costs, and a £85 surcharge.
RYAN BARDEN, 37, of Warburton Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to stealing a Nintendo Switch from a man in Southampton on October 13. He was remanded on unconditional bail and will next appear at the same court on February 5 at 2pm.
