A few Christmas and New Year's Day Dips will be taking place in Hampshire at the end of 2024 and the very start of 2025.

Hundreds of brave participants take to the water as part of these festive sea swims every year.

The cold shock of the sea can definitely help some wake themselves up from a Christmas Day full of food and drink or start the New Year afresh.

If you are looking to brave it this year and take on a Christmas or New Year's Day dip, here are the events taking place in Hampshire.
