A woman is fighting for her life after she was hit by a car in Hythe.
The woman in her 20s was hit by a white Toyota Yaris at around 4pm on Tuesday on the A326 Hythe Bypass.
She was taken to hospital.
Police are appealing to members of the public who may have witnessed the collision.

In a statement, a spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: “We are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage following a serious collision in Hythe.
“We would like to speak to anyone who witnessed this collision and anyone with relevant dash cam or CCTV footage that could be relevant.
“Anyone with information should call 101 quoting reference 44240548510.”
