A SOUTHAMPTON man was found dead at his home after failing to turn up for work, an inquest heard.
Michael Arrowsmith, 56, of Peartree Avenue, Peartree Green, was found dead on November 27, the hearing was told.

Sally Olsen, assistant coroner, said work colleagues had raised the alarm and Mr Arrowsmith was found by the emergency services.
His place of work was not disclosed at the inquest opening.
A pathology report said the cause of death was hanging.
Ms Olsen adjourned the inquest to be held in Winchester on September 23, 2025.
