A school in the New Forest has been forced to shut its doors today after it was left with no power.
Foxhills Junior School in Ashurst, New Forest, has been left without power this morning and have warned parents not to bring their children into school.
In a statement to parents on Facebook, the school said: "URGENT MESSAGE- both the infant and junior school are CLOSED today.
"There is no power to the site. Please check e-mails for updates. Thank you."

The power outage is affecting a large area of Ashurst, in the SO40 postcode area, including residents living on Knellers Lane the Langley Manor Cricket Club.
SSEN have engineers at the scene and are working to restore power in the area by midday, according to its website.
The outage was first reported at 4.30 am today.
