Now that all lanes are open and traffic is flowing, congestion is almost gone on the M27 as the road returns to normal.
All lanes were cleared over an hour ago on the M27 but delays of 10 minutes remain between Junction 9 and 12.
Traffic is starting to flow normally eastbound between Junction 9 and 12 on the M27.
AA Traffic Map still reports delays of 15 minutes and two miles of congestion.
Delays of 25 minutes remain between Junction 9 and Junction 12 for those heading eastbound on the M27.
There are no delays westbound near Junction 8 as the carriageway is clear.
AA Traffic Map reports that delays are still at 27 minutes heading eastbound.
AA said: "Severe delays of 27 minutes and delays increasing on M27 Eastbound between J9 A27 Segensworth Link Road (Segensworth / Fareham) and J12 M275 (Portsmouth).
"Average speed ten mph."
The blocked westbound lane at Junction 8 causing only two minutes of delays has now been cleared.

Delays are still at 30 minutes heading eastbound at Junction 11 despite all lanes reopening after the earlier crash.
One westbound lane remains closed elsewhere due to a broken down vehicle near Junction 8.
AA Traffic Map warns of two minute delays.
The map says: "Delays of two minutes and delays increasing on M27 Westbound between J9 A27 Segensworth Link Road (Segensworth / Fareham) and J5 A335 Stoneham Way (Southampton Airport / Eastleigh).
"Average speed 30 mph."
Despite all lanes now being open near Junction 11, eastbound traffic is still at a standstill.
On their traffic map, National Highways has branded the traffic 'not moving' - the most significant delay that they show on their map other than closure.

In other, unrelated traffic news, Bluestar has cancelled a bus journey due to significant congestion.

A westbound lane remains blocked near Junction 8 due to a broken down vehicle.
Google Maps' traffic view shows that, despite the closure, traffic is moving normally through the area.
One Facebook commenter said: "It’s an absolute joke this motorway!!
"It’s utterly jammed trying to get on from A32.. dreadful morning and night!!"

One lane remains blocked westbound at Junction 8 on the M27 due to a broken down vehicle.
While traffic has now been released eastbound at Junction 11, National Highways still report a delay of 30 minutes with four miles of congestion. The motorway maintainers suggest that delays should now start to ease.

The crash at Junction 11 was a 'non-injury' collision, National Highways confirmed on social media.
In a separate incident, one lane is blocked westbound near Junction 8 due to a broken down vehicle. Delays are not as heavy as they are heading eastbound at Junction 11.
