A Romsey wedding venue is celebrating after being named a regional winner in a prestigious industry awards event.

Kimbridge Barn, in Kimbridge Lane, has been recognised as a Regional Winner at The 2025 Wedding Industry Awards, making the venue a finalist for the national awards.

The venue’s events team was awarded 'Wedding Events Team of the Year' for the first time.

This recognition automatically advances Kimbridge Barn into the national finals with winners set to be revealed in January.

Kris Anderson, operations manager, has been with the venue since opening in 2018. He said: "This award is a reflection of the passion and dedication our team pours into every wedding.

"Being recognised as the best in the region is a testament to the care and creativity that is at the heart of everything we do. Fingers crossed for the nationals in January!

"We are currently booking weddings into 2026 and beyond, but we do still have a few dates left for next summer and we've got some great deals and incentives for anyone who books their special day with us in 2025."

Since its opening in 2018, Kimbridge Barn has hosted more than 250 weddings, adapting to various sizes and styles, from intimate gatherings in the Boot Room to grand celebrations in the large barn.

The venue has garnered high demand for future bookings due to its flexibility and positive reviews.

The Wedding Industry Awards are seen as the gold standard in the wedding sector, honouring excellence in all areas of wedding planning and delivery.

Winners are selected based on client feedback and a panel of industry experts.

Kimbridge Barn is hosting a 'Wedding Open Weekend' on January 4 and 5, where couples can explore the venue and meet the events team.
