A festival celebrating Lego is set to return.

The Southampton Brick Festival will be held on December 14 at Places Leisure, Eastleigh.

The event is organised by Brick Festival Events and will feature a range of activities for Lego enthusiasts of all ages.

Young builders can participate in competitions, speed-building challenges, and other activities.

Large Lego pits will also be available for them to explore their creativity.

For adult fans, there will be large-scale displays by master builders from around the country, offering a chance to discuss projects with fellow enthusiasts.

The festival will also host a variety of traders, selling items ranging from individual bricks and minifigures to rare and custom sets.

The festival is also an opportunity for collectors to find missing pieces for their vintage collections or to purchase pre-loved sets.

Tickets for the festival are now available for booking online.

A spokesperson for the festival said: "With amazing creations to see, activities and competitions to participate in, and traders selling rare, retired, and new sets, loose bricks, and minifigures, it's a fun day out for fans of all ages."

Adult entry starts from £7, while child entry is from £5.

The organisers encourage early booking to secure preferred time slots.
