A man has been cleared of spying on women at a community pool.
Adam Wright, 39, of Wimpson Lane, Southampton, was on trial at Southampton Crown Court.
He was accused of holding his phone under cubicles at Oaklands Community Pool last summer.
But now Wight has been not guilty of two charges of voyeurism. He had denied the charges.
The court heard when the alarm was raised when a woman "thought there was a person taking pictures or filming her while in a state of undress".
Jurors were told a staff member then knocked on Wright's cubicle and he emerged four minutes later.
The two women who made complaints to the police cannot be identified due to legal reasons.
