To the young lady who kindly paid for our parking on Friday, November 29 in Westquay.

We were trying to pay for our parking only to find the machine would not accept mine or my husband's bank card.

There was no help button concerning the swallowed parking ticket and then this young lady with a toddler saw our dilemma and paid our parking fee of £3.20 using her phone.

We tried to reimburse her but she flatly refused, saying Merry Christmas as she walked away.
