Grant Thornton UK LLP has welcomed 21 new joiners to its Thames Valley and Southampton team this year.
These joiners are part of the company's nationwide intake of 300 new trainees.
The fresh faces, including 12 graduates, six school leavers, and three placement students, will be spread across departments like audit, tax, and advisory services.
Norman Armstrong, practice leader for Grant Thornton in the Thames Valley and Southampton, said: "At Grant Thornton, we've continued to evolve our approach to identifying talent, focusing on future potential and strengths.
"While our graduate and placement roles offer excellent career development opportunities, our apprentices get the chance to become professionally qualified a year ahead of their peers who choose to go to university and then join our graduate programme."
The audit department will see the largest influx with 16 new starters.
This move reflects the growing demand for assurance services in the region.
