While Google Maps' traffic view is showing the M27 westbound as "green" with low traffic, they do warn that drivers could still face three to five minutes of delays.
With the incident clear and recovered, queues are easing on the M27 westbound between Junction 11 and 12.
RAC Traffic Map is reporting that traffic is "returning to normal."

Queues on the M27 westbound between Junction 11 and 12 are reducing, but the A3M is still backed up, as seen in the traffic camera screenshot below.

While queues are present coming out of Portsmouth, Google Maps' traffic view reports that Southampton is unaffected, with the delays easing once drivers pass Fareham at Junction 10.
RAC Traffic Map suggests that there is congestion back to Langstone Roundabout, with the A3M also very slow back to Junction 3.

Traffic heading westbound from Portsmouth during rush hour, particularly between Junction 11 and 12, is facing heavy delays.
This is due to a previous crash, which was pushed onto the hard shoulder and is now being recovered.

A white SUV-style car is currently being recovered from the hard shoulder on the M27, just before Junction 11.
One witness passing by said the car had a "crumpled bonnet."
