An inquest has opened into after a man died following an insulin overdose.
Graham James Flooks, 52, of Hansen Gardens, Hedge End, died at Southampton General Hospital on October 15.
The inquest into his death was opened at Winchester Coroners' Court on Monday, October 28 by assistant coroner Sarah Whitby.

Ms Whitby said that the preliminary cause of Mr Flooks death has been given as a hypoglycemic coma caused by an insulin overdose.
The coroner said that concerns have been raised over the overdose.
A hospital statement, South Central Ambulance Service statement, GP statement and family statement have all been ordered, with Ms Whitby adjourning the inquest to take place at Winchester Coroner's Court on September 9 next year.
