A virtual workshop will be available to anyone in Hampshire who has been affected by lymphoma.
On Tuesday, November 5, Lymphoma Action will hold the Live Your Life workshop online.
The event is designed to support people who have finished treatment or are under "active monitoring".
Led by individuals with personal experience, the interactive workshop covers managing emotional aspects of the condition, treatment side effects, and provides advice on staying active and nutrition.
Attendees can also share experiences with others and bring a friend or family member.
While the workshop is free, booking is essential.
Sessions are not recorded, so attendees must be online to participate.
