CBRE Southampton has expanded its regional building consultancy team.
The move sees senior director James Widdowson, who has been with CBRE for 15 years, leading the team.
Mr Widdowson has spent the last 12 years leading the building consultancy team in Bristol.
He will now work with clients across the corporate and real estate sectors.
George Miller has also joined as associate director, bringing expertise in dilapidations and technical due diligence surveys.
Lauren Smith and Kritika Gambhir have also joined the team, as a graduate building surveyor and in admin and finance support respectively.
James Widdowson said: "As someone who grew up on the South Coast, I am delighted to lead the talented team, which has a diverse range of experience. We are looking forward to capitalising on the opportunities in the region and continuing to provide our specialist expertise to our clients across the region."
