The wife of a New Forest man has broken down in tears after recalling why they fell out on their honeymoon to friends.
It comes after Caspar Todd, a 34-year-old gardener on a private estate in the New Forest married Emma Barnes, a 31-year-old investment sales manager from Bristol on the E4 programme Married at First Sight UK.
The reality TV show sees singletons paired together and quite literally married at first sight, before seeing if they can make the relationship work long-term.
When honeymooning together in Jamaica, Caspar confessed to Emma that he didn’t find her attractive and that he rarely dates the “curvier person.”
Throughout the series the couple have remained loyal to one another but are yet to fully embrace their marriage.
The latest episode to feature Caspar and Emma saw the latter’s sister, Leigh, and friend Heidi, meet the couple for the first time since their wedding day.

“I’m very nervous that Emma’s friends are coming here because I’m going to have to relive the honeymoon again,” said Caspar.
“It’s not something I’m proud of or looking forward to.”
After Leigh and Heidi’s arrival, Emma admitted to them what had happened on her honeymoon as she held back her tears.
She said: “I was calm, collected, and mature but I woke up the next morning thinking of you girls listening to a boy say that.
“I got really angry; I wouldn’t have a husband say that to any of my friends.”
After hearing of the events that transpired on the pair’s honeymoon, Emma’s sister said: “My heart breaks for her, she deserves the world.”
With the husband and wife still together, Caspar said: “It’s not where we wanted to be but we’ve got to make the most of it.”
