ALEXANDER DIBDEN, 41, of Wallace Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to assault by beating at Northbrook Road, Southampton. He was fined £120 and must pay £85 court costs.
LEIGH ARMSDEN, 49, of Southampton Street, Southampton pleaded guilty to three counts of theft from a shop after stationary worth £142.93 was stolen from Rymans in Southampton. He must pay back the value of the goods in compensation, as well as a £120 fine.

TOMMY GRIFFITHS, 33, of Hameldon Close, Southampton admitted two counts of theft from a shop after he stole three cans of Jack Daniels and Coke worth £7.65 from Tesco in Romsey Road. He also stole two tubs of USN Anabolic Muscle Fuel worth £40 from Holland & Barratt, Southampton. He must pay back the value of the stolen goods in compensation, as well as fines totalling £120 and a £48 surcharge.
GERGELY LUDANYI, 34, of no fixed address pleaded guilty to theft from a shop after £14 worth of items were stolen from Sainsbury's in Bedford Place, Southampton. He also admitted failing to surrender to bail at Southampton Magistrates' Court. Ludanyi was fined £120 and must pay £14 compensation.
PHILIP STAINBURN, 56, of Hobson Way, Holbury admitted drink driving an Audi TT on Lymington High Street. He was caught with 64 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Stainburn also pleaded guilty to possessing a lock knife in a public place. He received a one-year community order with an alcohol treatment requirement, 15 rehabilitation days and an 18-month driving ban. He must pay a fine of £692, £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge. The court ordered the forfeiture and destruction of the knife.
