DOUBLE arrests have been made after a burglary in Milford on Sea.
Lymington and New Milton police were called to a garage break-in at about 12.35pm on Friday, September 27.
Two mountain bikes were stolen from the garage in Victoria Road.
Officers launched an investigation and tracked the bikes – which had AirTags taped to their frames – to an address in Bransgore.
Officers from Lymington and New Milton neighbourhood policing team and priority crime team attended the address and found the bikes, which have since been reunited with the owner.
A 45-year-old man from Bransgore was arrested on suspicion of burglary dwelling, theft and handling stolen goods.
A 34-year-old woman from Bransgore was arrested on suspicion of burglary, theft and handling stolen goods.
They have been bailed with conditions, pending further enquiries.
