A man is due to appear in court following a crash which saw a parked car shunted into the front of a house.
The incident, shortly before 12.40am on Tuesday, September 10, saw Allan Vincent's parked Volkswagen CC being propelled through the living room window of his neighbour's house in Hamble Lane, Bursledon.
It was written off in the process - with Allan, 53, describing the incident as 'dreadful'.

Police confirmed that no injuries were reported to them.
One day on from the incident, Hampshire Constabulary has now confirmed a man has been charged in connection with what happened.
A police spokesperson said: “Callum Travell, 22, of Mallow Close in Locks Heath, has been charged with drink driving and driving without due care and attention.”
They added: “He will appear at Southampton Magistrates Court on October 8.”
