An international fashion brand has confirmed it will open in Southampton later this year.
Mango will arrive in Westquay at the end of 2024, but the brand has remained tight-lipped about the specific date.
“The store is planned for late this year and we cannot disclose more information at the moment”, a spokesperson said.
It is expected to take over the former Flying Tiger site, as the popular stationery shop has relocated within the shopping centre.

A spokesperson from Mango previously told the Echo: “Mango, one of Europe’s leading fashion groups, continues its international expansion plan in the United Kingdom with its first store in Southampton.
“Specifically, in Westquay shopping centre in the heart of Southampton.
“The new store, planned for late this year, will have a selling space of 350 metres squared and stock products from the Woman line exclusively.”
Several job adverts for various roles at the store were advertised online earlier this year.
Mango has been present in the UK since 1999 and at the end of the 2023 financial year, had 60 stores in the country.
