A man is due in court accused of drink driving and driving with no insurance after a car was pulled over by police.
Officers pulled over a grey Mercedes on Cambridge Road, Gosport on Thursday after reports were made to police.
The vehicle was seized with officers later sharing a photo of it being taken away on the back of a recovery truck.
Christy Richard William Coleman, 39, of Manor Way, Gosport was arrested.
He has since been charged with driving a motor vehicle when his alcohol level is above the limit and using a motor vehicle on a road/public place without third-party insurance.
Coleman is due to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court on Thursday, September 26.
A police spokesperson wrote on Facebook: "There is absolutely no excuse for drink driving, there are many other ways of getting home."
