The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
JODIE MCDERMOTT, 34, of International Way, Southampton pleaded guilty to three counts of theft from a shop. She stole groceries worth £223.60 from Co-Op in North Baddesley. She also stole £147.95 worth of household items from Co-Op in Hedge End. McDermott received a 12-month conditional discharge.
LEWIS SHEPPARD, 31, of Nightingale Avenue, Eastleigh was found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a BMW 335D. He was fined £120 and received six points. Sheppard must pay £85 court costs.
BRENDAN DUFF, 33, of Lindedale Gardens, Accrington pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a car window in Southampton. He also admitted theft from a motor vehicle after he stole £3 in Cossack Green, Southampton. He received a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay £150 compensation.

DEAN BROWN, 44, of Bishopsdown, Salisbury admitted driving without insurance and drug driving on Marchwood Bypass, Southampton. He was caught with benzoylecgonine in his blood - a breakdown product of cocaine. Brown was banned for 16 months and fined £200.
ADAM HAGGETT, 45, of HMP Winchester pleaded guilty to theft from a shop after he stole two bottles of Advocaat and a newspaper worth £17.80 from Co-Op in Brockenhurst. He was jailed for seven days.
MAHMOOD KABBASHI, 51, of Lydgate Close, Southampton admitted driving without insurance on the M3 at Winchester. He was driving a Toyota Prius. Kabbashi was banned for six months and fined £80. He must pay £85 court costs and a £32 surcharge.
LUKE SMITH, 24, of Anson Drive, Southampton pleaded guilty to exceeding a 40mph speed limit on the A316 in Feltham, Hounslow. He was fined £72 and received three points on his licence. Smith must also pay a £28 surcharge.
