ARAM TONOYAN, 24, of Tennyson Road, Southampton admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis. He was banned for 24 months and fined £460. Tonoyan must pay £85 court costs and a £184 surcharge.
ANTHONY KHANYE, 39, of Claremont Close, North Woolwich pleaded guilty to exceeding a temporary 50mph speed restriction on the M3 at Compton. He was driving a BMW northbound between junctions 12 and 11 when he was clocked at 64mph by an automatic camera. Khanye was fined £292 and received three points. He must pay £85 court costs.

RYAN SHAH, 20, of Meadow Lane, Eastleigh pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled drug of Class B, cannabis. He was caught at Fratton Station in Portsmouth. Shah was fined £80 and must pay £45 court costs plus a £32 surcharge. The court ordered the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.
DAVID FISHER, 36, of Brockhurst Road, Gosport admitted harassment in breach of a restraining order after he contacted a woman by social media. Fisher was jailed for eight weeks.
CARL STEWART, 37, of Britannia Gardens, Hedge End pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle with tyres that have insufficient tread and driving with a tyre with ply or cord exposed. The incident took place in Morrisons car park in Totton whilst Stewart was in a BMW. He was fined £652 and received three points. Stewart must pay £110 court costs and a £261 surcharge.
RAVI PARMAR, 42, of Wilton Road, Southampton was found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver of an Audi A6. He was banned for six months and received six points plus a £180 fine. Parmar must pay £110 court costs and a £72 surcharge.
