A car-sized magic lamp is on display at Westquay ahead of the Aladdin show at The Mayflower Theatre.
Shoppers can take a selfie with the lamp and partake in a show competition via a QR code.
Andrew Flatt, Anne Quart and Thomas Schumacher from Disney Theatrical Productions are orchestrating the lauded Broadway and West End musical's run in Southampton.
Andy Jackson, destination director at Westquay, said: "We’re really excited to bring a touch of Disney magic to Southampton with Aladdin’s lamp.
"Collaborating with local artists and creative partners is just one of the innovative ways we are evolving Westquay, from a place where people come only to shop, to a ‘multi-purpose destination’, offering a real mix of entertainment, leisure and social experiences."
The show opens on September 5 and will run until September 29, 2024.
The sizable golden lamp is on the second level until August 18.
