It comes only weeks after a man allegedly exposed himself to a plain-clothes officer in the Common on July 3.
Police said the act was done for the man’s “own sexual gratification”.
A 58-year-old man was arrested then released on conditional bail until October 3.
A spokesperson from Hampshire Constabulary said: “We know there have been several incidents of indecent exposure reported in the area of The Common recently.
“We would encourage anyone who has experienced something similar who has not yet spoken to police, to please come forward and speak to us.”
