A woman seen 'wielding a knife' has been arrested after police found a large machete.
Officers were called on Thursday night following reports a woman had approached residents with a blade.
She allegedly made threats while causing damage to residential properties.
Following enquiries to identify the woman, officers tactically entered a property in the Southampton Street area, where the alleged offences occurred, on Friday.
A man and woman were detained within the address where a large quantity of Class A, B, and C drugs were found, along with a substantial amount of cash.
A large machete “within easy access of the occupants” was also seized.
The pair from London were both arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs.
The female was additionally arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and public order.

A systematic search followed which enabled the seizure of large quantities of drugs, cash, and evidence implicating the pair in the supply of drugs in the city.
Both suspects remain in custody for interview and to allow enquiries to continue.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: “Bargate and CCU will not tolerate the supply of drugs in the city centre.
“County Lines gangs are not welcome in the city and we will relentlessly pursue those who think Southampton is a safe place to bring weapons and drugs.
“We will take every opportunity to prosecute those who are implicated in organised crime groups to protect the residents of our city.
“We hope the message is loud and clear and want to keep sharing these pieces of work to show you we care about our communities and residents.
“If you have any information in relation to drug supply in the city centre or any addresses you think may be involved in the supply of drugs, let us know on 101 or use our website.”
