Chandler’s Ford-based teacher training scheme has ushered 27 new educators into the field.
On August 31, the trainees completed their hands-on, year-long training at HISP, getting ready to step into positions at primary and secondary schools across the south in September.
The course structure allows trainees to spend four days in a classroom setting, and one with expert facilitators learning best practices.
The celebration event was attended by mentors and seasoned educational leaders who have been part of the trainees' growth.
Post completion, the trainees will start their professional journeys as Early Career Teachers (ECTs). Graduate Jordan Fairweather reveled in her experience, particularly highlighting the pleasure of building classroom connections from the outset.

Ms Fairweather said: "It felt like I was already making a difference. The support from my mentor was amazing and I really enjoyed my time."
Deputy Director of the HISP Teaching School Hub David Higginbottom said: "It was lovely to see the trainees graduate today. It’s always a privilege and a pleasure to watch trainees flourish into confident teachers in their own right - I wish them all good luck for the future."
