Screwfix has announced it will be opening a new store in Southampton.
Screwfix will complete its fit out of the 7,075 sq ft unit later this year at City Industrial Park, located opposite Westquay Retail Park.
CBRE acted on behalf of the landlord Delancey, along with joint agents Montagu Evans.
Delancey, on behalf of client funds, is investing substantially in improving the estate and the letting to Screwfix is the third letting following the first phase of comprehensive refurbishments.
Metriqa UK has recently moved on to the park, while Internum Fluid Solutions, a global provider of hydraulic products and services, has expanded its unit footprint.

Oliver Sherriff, Associate Director at CBRE Southampton said: “Availability of industrial space across the South Coast although increasing, is still limited, particularly for quality space.
“Attracting one of the country’s leading trade retailers shows the strength of the location and justifies the investment being undertaken by Delancey.
“We are also pleased to have Interpump Fluid Solutions expand its presence onsite and welcome Metriqa to the estate.”
