A Southampton international law firm has joined the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower initiative.
Womble Bond Dickinson's global awareness movement aims to support those with invisible disabilities.
Womble Bond Dickinson is only the fourth UK law firm to adopt this scheme, underlining their commitment to inclusivity.
Legal director Michelle Essen said: "Rolling out the Sunflower across our business is crucial to enhancing accessibility for everyone at WBD."
Senior HR project executive, Laura Tokell added: "WBD Disability Network has been working extremely hard to make the firm more accessible, when exploring the HDS membership we knew signing up would be another step in the right direction."
Paul White, chief executive of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower, expressed delight that Womble Bond Dickinson is a Sunflower-friendly law firm.
The firm achieved Disability Confident Leader status earlier this year and continued its commitment to diversity and inclusion.
