More technical problems has led Red Funnel to withdraw two of its early morning vehicle ferry sailings.
The ferry company, which has come under fire from customers, cancelled its 7am crossing from Southampton to East Cowes, as well as its 8.30am service from East Cowes.

The company has blamed the issue on a generator on board the Red Falcon.
On Wednesday, Red Funnel cancelled two of its morning sailings due to an issue with the same vessel,
Red Funnel announced this week it would be running a revised timetable on Tuesday next week, so maintenance work on its Red Osprey vehicle ferry's aft main engine can be carried out.
