The most expensive streets in Eastleigh to buy a home have been revealed.
Potential house buyers will need to empty their piggy banks to afford some of the houses – with one street boasting hefty house prices.
The top 10 most expensive streets in the borough have sold for prices ranging between £560,000 and £885,958, according to analysis of figures by auctioneers Property Solvers.
The figures relate to average sold price data published by the Land Registry from 2019 onwards.
Winchester Road in Fair Oak claimed the top spot, with six properties sold for an average of £885,958.
Meanwhile, three properties in Chapel Lane, Otterbourne, sold for an average of £823,333.
In the last five years, four properties sold for an average of £781,250 in Park Lane, Otterbourne.

From February to May this year, house prices increased, but on an annual basis, house price growth remains negative across southern England, but is rising elsewhere.
But compared to reduced sales throughout 2023, Zoopla data shows that the market remains on track for 1.1 million sales in 2024.
