Police have released an image of a man after a thief stole £175 worth of goods from a New Forest shop and was verbally abusive to staff.
The cash was taken from gift shop Between the Lines in Lymington High Street on July 15.
Hampshire police said the unknown man was also verbally aggressive to staff during the incident at around 3.15pm.
Now police want to speak to the man in the picture.
A police spokesperson said: “We have carried out a number of enquiries in the local area and believe that the man shown may be able to assist us further in our investigation.
"If this is you, or you believe you know who this individual is, we would urge you to come forward and alert us to the fact.
“Anyone with any further information relating to the incident is asked to call 101, quoting crime reference 44240300069.
“Alternatively, you can call independent charity, Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111 or via their website”
