Albert Road Cemetery and the War Memorial in Hedge End have snagged the Green Flag Award.
Honoured for the 15th consecutive year, the award recognises the UK's top public outdoor spaces.
Evaluations consider the overall quality of the green spaces and the effort put into maintaining them.
Cllr Jane Welsh, chair of the Recreation and Amenities Committee, said: "We are so thrilled to have won this award again.
"The Albert Road Cemetery always looks so beautiful.
"It is a very special place and I'd like to congratulate all those involved in keeping this way."
The cemetery is revered for its peaceful ambiance, replete with a wildflower meadow and well-kept lawns.
It is meticulously maintained to keep it looking pristine for visitors.
This international award scheme determines the standard for managing recreational green spaces in the UK and globally.
