A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man in his 20s was stabbed at a home in Eastleigh.
Police were called at 7.38pm on Sunday to an address on Twyford Road after reports that a man had been stabbed.
A man in his 20s suffered serious injuries and is being treated in hospital.
Now two men have been arrested.
A 47-year-old man from Eastleigh is being held in custody on suspicion of attempted murder.
A 41-year-old man from Southampton is in custody having been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent.

A Hampshire police statement said: "This is believed to be an isolated incident with no wider concerns for the public.
"If anyone has any information regarding this incident, please call us on 101 quoting reference 44240310055."
