The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...
MUJHID KHAN, 35, of Butts Road, Southampton admitted two charges of drug driving on Archers Road, Southampton in a BMW 118. He was caught with Benzoylecgonine and THC - breakdown products of cocaine and cannabis - in his blood. Khan received a one-year community order with 120 hours of unpaid work and a 48-month driving ban. He must also pay £85 court costs and a £114 surcharge.
JORDAN BALDWIN, 30, of Queensland Road, Weymouth admitted assault by beating in Southampton. He received a one-year community order with an alcohol abstinence and monitoring requirement and 20 rehabilitation days. Baldwin must pay £100 compensation.

KEVIN LEIGH, 54, of Wyndham Drive, Romsey admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm in Romsey. He received a one-year community order with 100 hours of unpaid work. Leigh was ordered to pay £500 court costs and a £114 surcharge.
HAZEL FROST, 26, of Firgrove Road, Southampton admitted drink driving a Volkswagen Scirocco on Bishopstoke Road, Eastleigh. She was caught with 107 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Frost received a one-year community order with 20 rehabilitation days and a 24-month driving ban. She must pay a £60 fine, £35 court costs and a £114 surcharge.
MICHAEL DEVALL, 43, of Beech Grove, Gosport was found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of an Audi Q7 S Line who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was fined £660 and received six points on his licence. Devall must also pay £400 court costs and a £264 surcharge.
ABDULLAH AJEL, 27, of Providence Hill, Bursledon pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis in Southampton. He received an 18-month conditional discharge and must pay a £26 surcharge. An order was made for the forfeiture and destruction of the cannabis.
