A man will appear before a district judge accused of drink driving in the Isle of Wight Festival car park.
Nicholas Gabriel, of Knowlton Close, Bursledon, Southampton, attended the Isle of Wight Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, July 9, and pleaded not guilty to drink driving.
The 46-year-old is alleged to have driven a white Vauxhall Vivaro van on June 22 while under the influence of alcohol.
It is said that Mr Gabriel was stopped by security in the Red A1 car park at the Isle of Wight Festival.
Mr Gabriel elected to have his case heard in Southampton and will appear before District Judge Anthony Callaway on August 19.
He was granted unconditional bail.
