Emma Newman, warehouse manager at Meachers Global Logistics, bagged the Warehouse Manager of the Year title at the UKWA Awards.
The coveted award is in recognition of Newman's exceptional leadership, innovative approach, and unwavering devotion to achieving operational excellence.
Her strategic thinking and hands-on management style have notably enhanced efficiency and improved working processes, achieving both a high-performing team and perfect customer satisfaction.
