It's Southampton's newest - and luckiest - cafe and wine bar and it is opening its doors to customers in Shirley tomorrow.
Cozy Seven is set to specialise in coffee, cake and wine on the Shirley Road site which was previously home to much-loved furniture shop Warne's, run by Nick and Ann Warne for nearly 25 years.
The Warnes will be among the lucky chosen seven attending the opening, alongside five others aged seven days, seven weeks, seven months, seven years and 77 years.

On the day, anyone who falls into those categories - or their parents - will be treated to a free coffee or slice of cake.
They'll also be able to enjoy the media wall which - as well as a TV which will show big sporting occasions - includes pictures of Matt Le Tissier, who famously wore the number seven shirt for Saints, and Southampton's own Craig David, whose biggest hit was the song Seven Days.
Artwork also uses the derogatory phrase The Mutant Mile, as Shirley is known by some, and turns it into The Beautiful Mile: improving the area, one of the aims of local entrepreneur owners Mark Dunham and Simon Shobande, known as Shane.
Shane said: "I had the idea about four years ago as there are not many coffee, cake and wine places in Southampton. The nearest thing I would say is Edison's.
"We knew the Warnes and when they retired, we thought the site would be perfect and we'd go for it.
"It's a real hybrid and we hope it will be one of the places which makes Shirley beautiful.
"The buzz from locals has been amazing, it's something a bit different coming to hit Shirley High Street."
A locally-sourced, constantly-changing menu will feature seven items of simple hot food including jacket potatoes, bacon sandwiches and sourdough from early until mid afternoon.
The hybrid venue will evolve into a bar as the day goes on with an extensive wine list, bottled beer, cocktails and charcuterie and cheese boards.
The 60-seater Cozy Seven, which has seating for a further 18 at the front, boasts mostly recycled furniture and equipment, has an area which will be available for private hire and will have street food takeovers and DJ sessions.
