A HAMPSHIRE country pub that closed down after just three months of business is up for sale.
The George and Falcon in Warnford is on the market with a guide price of £650,000 after management decided to shut up shop, citing difficult business conditions.
The current owner of the property, Admiral Taverns, is selling through Savills.

Manager Steven Yates, 62, is an experienced publican and described the venture as "the straw that broke the camel's back".
He cited costly energy bills and low footfall as the main reason for him not wanting to continue running the pub.
After he made the decision, Steve decided to retire.
Assistant manager Daniel Brown, 20, said: "The electricity bills were two and a half grand a month and we haven't got enough for it. It's been quiet. The only busy days were Wednesdays, when all the bikers came."
The pub has undergone a series of closures and re-openings in recent years, with its reputation allegedly suffering as a result, said Daniel.
Those interested in the property should contact Chris Bickle, director of the Southampton branch of the Savills commercial team, at cbickle@savills.com or on 07807999504.
