Police are patrolling Above Bar Street this evening as scuffles broke out following England's defeat in the Euro 2024 final.
Officers were seen in the area outside pubs and bars as fans poured out onto the street following England's gutting 2-1 loss to Spain.
Scuffles broke out among some fans with police and security guards forced to separate groups.

While most people were well-behaved, the Echo saw police arresting at least one person.
However, the flashpoints appeared to be short-lived, with fans soon leaving the area.
Police were also quick to intervene in an flashpoint.
