Five people have in the Southampton area have been ordered by HMRC to pay thousands after defaulting on their taxes.
They must pay penalties for either purposeful filing errors in their tax returns or deliberately failing to comply with tax obligations.
Groundworker Nathan Pringle, formerly trading as NP Construction Services, defaulted on taxes between April 6, 2020 and April 5, 2022.
Mr Pringle, formerly of Battle Close in Sarisbury Green, did not pay £36,561.52 in tax and must now pay a £23,673.57 penalty.
Therapist Mia Richards – formerly of Moody Road in Fareham – defaulted on taxes from April 6, 2020 to April 5, 2021.
She did not pay £47,807 and must now pay £33,464.90.

Two coin dealers have also been ordered to pay up.
Rendel Ingram - formerly of R Ingram Coins and previously of Honeysuckle Road, Bassett, is on the list of deliberate tax defaulters.
Also on the list is Michael Ingram, also formerly of R Ingram coins and of Honeysuckle Road.
HMRC said they each did not pay £77,835.01 in tax between April 6 2010 and April 5 2018 and must now pay £39,890.40.
Finally, Mike Harris trading as Atlas Cleaning Services in Pegasus Close, Hamble, did not pay £36,941 in tax from July 1 2018 to June 30 2021. He must now pay £21,899.49.
