Armed officers are among many police officers outside a block of flats in Southampton.
Around 17 police vehicles are at Park Reach, in Chapel Road, with an armed officer seen at the entrance to the six-storey building.
Officers are outside Saints Mary's Church. Chapel Road is closed from just before the Maryfield junction and St Mary Street.

Residents from neighbouring flats are watching and filming from their balconies.
Alan Brookes, 64, has lived in the block since March with his disabled wife.
He said: “I went out the back of the block to put the bins out and I was told I could not re-enter.
"I don’t know anything about what’s happened. I want to get back in for my wife.”
