Over 200 students inspired by science at the second annual STEM event hosted by EBP South at the National Oceanography Centre.
Held on June 26, 24 teams from 17 schools participated in engaging activities.
Sponsored by eight businesses, activities like the Glovebox Challenge and a Bridge Destruction Challenge were amongst the highlights.
Chris Daniels, senior manager for responsible business from AWE said: "It was a pleasure to see so many local employers come together to help young people learn about STEM career paths. AWE is passionate about inspiring the next generation and we are delighted to work with Education Business Partners to play our part through events like Inspiring STEM."
Vicky Barnett from St Edward‘s School said: "It has been the most marvellous day. Our Ambassador Emma has enriched the experience for us all.
"The venue and range of activities have been excellent, engaging and informative. Thank you."
