A 29-year-old Southampton man has been arrested in connection with a string of offences including attempted burglary and possession of a knife in public.
Police have said that on Sunday night, June 16, a 29-year-old man from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of multiple offences in the Bursledon area.

He was detained on suspicion of burglary other than dwelling, attempt burglary other than dwelling with intent to steal, vehicle interference, theft from motor vehicle, going equipped for theft and possession of a knife in a public place.
The force added that all of the offences reported to Hampshire Constabulary between Wednesday, June 12, and Friday, June 14.
A spokesperson for the force said: "The arrested man remains in police custody at this time."
