With the cruise ship season having finally kicked in, the city’s streets are set to fill with passengers.
Thousands of passengers will again sail into Southampton this weekend, and no doubt that will cause an increase in congestion.
Last weekend the city was gridlocked after four massive cruise ships docked in the city on Sunday, causing Platform Road to fill up with passenger-filled coaches, taxis and other vehicles.
This weekend, the city will see eight of the vessels sail in bringing and collecting thousands of passengers.
So here are all the cruise ships sailing into the city this weekend:
Friday, June 14
Anthem of the Seas arrives at 5.30am and leaves at 5pm.
Britannia is arriving at 5.45am and leaving at 5.30pm.
Caribbean Princess is arriving at 6.30am and leaving at 4pm.
Saturday, June 15
MSC Virtuosa is arriving at 5.30am and leaving at 6pm.
Ventura is arriving at 5.30am and leaving at 5pm.
Celebrity Apex is arriving at 6am and leaving at 4.30pm.
