CCTV images have been released by police after a man was punched and kicked in the head and face during an attack outside a fish and chip shop.
Police say the victim, a man in his 20s, had just left the Huddle restaurant when he was approached by two unknown men near Deep Blue in Lymington High Street.
It is reported that the men then punched and kicked the victim in the head and face.
He was left with swelling, cuts and bruises as a result.

The incident took place between 1.45am and 2am on Sunday, June 9.
Now officers are appealing for anyone with information to come forward and have released CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to.
One of the men is described as approximately six foot three inches tall and wearing a light-coloured polo shirt.
A spokesperson said: "We believe the men in these images can help us with our investigation and would urge them, or anyone who knows their identity, to get in touch with us.
"Also, if you witnessed anything of the incident itself, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell camera footage which could aid our investigation, please contact us.
