Seawork opens its doors to visitors on Tuesday, 11th June (at 09.30) with HRH Princess Royal officially opening the exhibition at 11.30.

The latest developments in innovation and technology in the workboat sector will be discussed in these open sessions, to assist vessel operators and commercial marine businesses to decarbonise. The series will tackle the theme of what technology can be adopted to support businesses with decision-making to increase efficiency, reduce OPEX costs, and progress with sustainability plans to achieve net zero. Expert speakers will also be covering the topic 'Expanding offshore wind farm capacity by 2030 – how do we meet the target?'.

Representatives from MoD DE&S Boat Team, Royal Navy and Defence and Security Accelerator (DASA) will be running a programme of sessions and networking opportunities.
WISTA UK and Seawork 2024 Women in Marine Industry Networking Event 15:00 – 17:30
In celebration of WISTA’s 50th Anniversary and the 25th Anniversary of Seawork, the exhibition will host the Seawork 2024 Women in Marine Industry event. Delegates will have the opportunity to learn from keynote speakers, ask questions during a live panel debate, and enjoy the opportunity to network with fellow industry professionals.

The prestigious European Commercial Marine Awards (ECMAs), incorporating the Innovation Awards, celebrate outstanding individuals and innovative companies. Future Seawork Prize launch
Seawork’s latest initiative, Future Seawork, is set to accelerate inventions from the next generation of innovators.
The Future Seawork Prize for 2025 will be launched at the European Commercial Marine Awards
This prize will be awarded to three maritime projects selected from university student entries in 2025.
As a preview to the launch of the Future Seawork Prize, three projects from current university students, which have strong potential or are close to being brought to market in the commercial marine industry, will be hosted in the Innovations Hall at the exhibition
