One person has been arrested after a BMW was badly damaged in a crash in Southampton city centre.
Police and ambulance crews rushed to Brunswick Place, at the junction with London Road and Above Bar Street, on Saturday evening at around 5.30pm after the crash, which involved three vehicles.
A dark grey BMW was badly damaged, with its rear bumper bent out of shape and rear left wheel knocked off.
Hampshire Police has revealed that one person was arrested on suspicion of driving while unfit through drugs.
A spokesperson said: "Police were called at 5.27pm on Saturday, 8 June to reports of a collision on London Road.
"The collision involved three vehicles. No injuries were reported.
"A 29-year-old man from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of driving whilst unfit through drugs. He has been released under investigation."
Police officers remained in the area following the crash, while traffic was able to get around the stricken vehicle.
