A NORTH Baddesley man has been banned from the roads for more than a year for drink driving.
Jack Page, of Fleming Avenue, was caught on Banister Road, Southampton, on Wednesday, April 10, a court heard.
Page, 24, had 45 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35.
He pleaded guilty at Southampton Magistrates Court on Thursday, May 16.
Page was banned from driving for 14 months, which can be reduced by 14 weeks if a course is completed by February 8 next year.
He must also pay a fine of £120, a victim surcharge of £48 and costs of £40. This has to be paid by June 13.
